About Us Our Firm: Partners Jill DeCriscio and Kira Woodruff-Erquiaga offer their clients more than 35 years of combined community relations experience. Our firm develops and implements proven community outreach programs to help organizations successfully complete their construction projects by building public support and minimizing opposition that can potentially delay or halt projects.
